Reservations and Payments
Two night minimum stay during summer season.

Tentative reservations are accepted by phone, and held three days by which time we must receive the following:
1) A $200 payment to Hold.
2) A non-refundable $25 booking fee.
We cancel your reservation if your payment is not received on the due date. There is a $30 pet fee in homes allowing pets. Owners are expected to use the appropriate means to tidy up after their pets. The full amount of rent, plus booking fee, cleaning fees, key deposit, and transient occupancy tax may be due 45 days prior to arrival. If the reservation is made within 45 days of arrival, the total amount is due within 3 days of booking, or upon arrival (whichever is sooner). In addition to the rent we collect, a 9% Transient Occupancy Tax on all rental amounts.

ARRIVAL DIRECTIONS AND CHECK-IN: Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in our office.
Please come to the Rogers Inn Office at 436 So. Downing.
Coming into Seaside, Highway 26 / 101 Look for Safeway & McDonalds on East side of the highway.
Turn West into Avenue B. Go about 5 blocks, across bridge.
Turn left at the U.S. Bank Building onto So. Downing. 3/4 block up, on the right is the Rogers Inn Office.
Scheduled office hours are 9 a.m. till 7 p.m. - Seven days a week, unless posted otherwise.

DEPARTURE AND CHECKOUT: All keys are due back in our office by 11:00 a.m. or late charges/lost keys charges may apply. Please see that the following things are double checked: Put dishes in dishwasher and turn it on. Your rental will be professionally cleaned and sanitized for the next guests. Please do not move or reposition any furniture or decorations. Sorry, no refund for early departure.

NO PARTIES! We love our guests, but loud and unruly tenants will not be tolerated. All of our homes are located in residential areas; therefore you must be considerate of the neighborhood. No loud noises between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. All registered guests and visitors are required to conduct themselves in a manner consistent with local, state, and federal governmental laws. Complaints from neighbors of unruliness or excessive noise are grounds for eviction without refund.

MISSING ITEMS: Please be careful not to mistakenly pack home any towels, washcloths, magazines, books, videos or anything belonging to the house, since a detailed inventory will be taken after your stay, and your credit card on file will be used to replace any missing items.

PET POLICY

• Dogs under 30 pounds are welcomed in some of our homes. There is a charge of $30 per animal per visit in homes that allow animals (check the website for allowable homes).
• You must register your dog with the manager before you check in. If we find an unregistered pet in a home, we will notify animal control, have the animal kenneled, and any charges will be the responsibility of the pet owner.
• The only allowable pets are dogs under thirty pounds. Cats, birds, rabbits, snakes, ferrets, gerbils, hamsters, pigs, goats, or any other animals you may consider pets are not allowed at Rogers Inn properties under any circumstances.
• Dogs may not be left unattended in a home. If we find a pet unattended, we will notify animal control, have the animal kenneled, and any charges will be the responsibility of the owner.
• Pet Damage: If housekeeping notifies us that your pet has relieved itself on or caused damage to home furnishings, a minimum $50 additional cleaning fee or cost to cover the damage will be applied to your bill.
• Please have your dog on a leash at all times in public areas.
• Pet Problems: Please remember that dogs, just like humans, can annoy neighbors with barking, scratching, etc., and may be subject to eviction.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: No overnight guests in excess of the number specified shall occupy the property.

CANCELLATION POLICY: We cancel your reservation if your payment is not received when due. Should you wish to cancel this reservation, notice of cancellation must be received more than 45 days prior to arrival date. We will refund the sum you have paid, less a $40 dollar cancellation fee. If cancellation is received less than 45 days prior to arrival, the entire rent paid, and all other fees will be forfeited. Sorry, no refund for early departure. We reserve the right to substitute comparable accommodations without notice, or liability should the units be out of order or unavailable. When comparable accommodations are not available, renter will have the option of selecting from available properties at the published rate, or receiving a complete refund.

Check-in time is after 4:00 p.m. Checkout time is 11:00 a.m.
