Reservations and Payments
**One week minimum in July and August in some houses. One-week minimum year round in some houses.
Holidays subject to 3 or 4-night minimum stay, 2 night minimum stay other dates.
Tentative reservations are accepted by phone, and held three days by which time we must receive the following:
1) A Reservation deposit of $100 to $800 dollars.
2) A non-refundable $25-$75 dollar booking fee.
We cancel your reservation if your payment is not received on the due date, or signed rental agreement is not received within 7 days. There is a $30 pet fee in homes allowing pets. Owners are expected to use the appropriate means to tidy up after their pets. The full amount of rent, plus booking fee, cleaning fees, key deposit, and transient occupancy tax may be due 45 days prior to arrival. If the reservation is made within 45 days of arrival, the total amount is due within 3 days of booking, or upon arrival (whichever is sooner). All funds received will be placed in an interest bearing account in which the interest shall accrue to the benefit of Rogers Inn. (In addition to the rent we collect, a 9% Transient Occupancy Tax on all rental amounts.)
Via your reservation, we will send you a packet that includes a rental agreement or confirmation slip. For a travel agent referral commission to apply, a fully completed referral coupon must accompany the agreement when returned. For gift certificate to apply, the original gift certificate must be returned with the agreement. Your reservation deposit is retained as a security deposit and is NOT CREDITED TOWARD THE RENT.
ARRIVAL DIRECTIONS AND CHECK-IN: Check-in time is after 4:00 p.m. in our office.
Please come to the Rogers Inn Office at 436 So. Downing.
Coming into Seaside, Highway 26 / 101 Look for Safeway & McDonalds on East side of the highway.
Turn West into Avenue B. Go about 5 blocks, across bridge.
Turn left at the U.S. Bank Building onto So. Downing. 3/4 block up, on the right is the Rogers Inn Office.
Scheduled office hours are 9 a.m. till 9 p.m. - Seven days a week
DEPARTURE AND CHECKOUT: All keys are due back in our office by 11:00 a.m. or late charges/lost keys charges may apply. Please see that the following things are double checked: Throw all trash in appropriate containers, vacuum traffic areas, pull sheets off beds, gather used towels, put them in pillow case and place them in laundry room or kitchen. Put dishes in dishwasher and turn it on. Your rental will be professionally cleaned and sanitized for the next guests. Please do not move or reposition any furniture or decorations. Sorry, no refund for early departure. Your security deposit, less any itemized charges, will be postmarked no later than 14 days from the date of your departure.
NO PARTIES! We love our guests, but loud and unruly tenants will not be tolerated. All of our homes are located in residential areas; therefore you must be considerate of the neighborhood. No loud noises between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. All registered guests and visitors are required to conduct themselves in a manner consistent with local, state, and federal governmental laws. Complaints from neighbors of unruliness or excessive noise are grounds for eviction without refund.
MISSING ITEMS: Please be careful not to mistakenly pack home any towels, washcloths, magazines, books, videos or anything belonging to the house, since a detailed inventory will be taken after your stay, and your security deposit will be used to replace any missing items.
PETS: No animal or other pet shall be kept on or about the premises without prior written consent. If pets are noted on the premises, you may be asked to leave and all rent will be forfeited and a fee for pest control and cleaning will be charged.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: No overnight guests in excess of the number specified shall occupy the property.
CANCELLATION POLICY: We cancel your reservation if your payment is not received when due. Should you wish to cancel this reservation, notice of cancellation must be received more than 45 days prior to arrival date. We will refund the sum you have paid, less a $40 dollar cancellation fee. If cancellation is received less than 45 days prior to arrival, the entire rent paid, and all other fees will be forfeited. Sorry, no refund for early departure. We reserve the right to substitute comparable accommodations without notice, or liability should the units be out of order or unavailable. When comparable accommodations are not available, renter will have the option of selecting from available properties at the published rate, or receiving a complete refund.

Check-in time is after 4:00 p.m. Checkout time is 11:00 a.m.
